Everything worked out really well. Your Po Lo Bun recipe made my Po Lo buns turn out great. The bread is so soft and chewy. The topping is just sooo nice. Now I don't have to buy them from outside anymore. Awesome recipe. I give it 5 stars. Sooo yummy!!! This results in a crumble, softer cookie toppping, rather than a crisp one. While it provides this property, it really does not have a dramatic effect. Your cookie may not crack as much and be harder. You can sub with rice flour or potato flour if you have those too.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18298238952899147765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5773323079800962896.post-74854590312149822012013-01-06T01:29:01.574-08:002013-01-06T01:29:01.574-08:00Thanks for this recipe post. Can I substitute it with regular flour or does cornflour have a big impact on the cookie topping outcome? Thanks so much.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
